The front window gives you a perfect view of the crêpe-making action – proper technique, proper batter, none of that fake Nutella nonsense you get elsewhere. The menu runs the full gamut from classic lemon and sugar (done properly with actual caster sugar, not granulated) to indulgent Biscoff affairs that'll sort your afternoon sugar crash right out. Savoury galettes are equally sound – the ham, cheese and egg combination is basically a hug in crêpe form. Queue moves quickly despite the tiny space, and the staff know their way around the pans. Perfect fuel for tackling the rest of the Lanes' vintage shops.
