KASK Wine
Proper natural wine shop and bar where Bedminster locals sip orange wines and eat excellent small plates in a converted corner unit.
intimatesophisticatedrelaxedtrendybar
You'll find this sleek wine shop-cum-bar tucked into a Victorian corner unit where Bedminster meets Southville, and it's exactly what this part of Bristol needed. The front half stocks an impressive selection of natural and biodynamic bottles you can take home, while the back opens into a minimal bar space with exposed brick and industrial lighting.
The wine list skews heavily natural – think skin-contact whites, funky pet-nats, and low-intervention reds that taste like actual fruit rather than oak chips. The small plates menu changes regularly but consistently delivers: proper sourdough with cultured butter, seasonal vegetables that haven't been messed about with, and cheese selections that make sense with what you're drinking. It's the kind of place where you pop in for one glass and somehow end up staying for three.
