You'll find this wine bar tucked inside the Fermentation building, a beautifully converted Victorian warehouse in Redcliffe that feels more like stumbling into someone's very good private collection. The exposed brick and industrial bones make for a properly atmospheric setting, but it's the wine list that'll keep you here past last orders. The focus is firmly on natural and low-intervention wines, with bottles you won't find elsewhere in Bristol and staff who actually know their stuff without being preachy about it. Small plates complement the drinking perfectly – think quality charcuterie and cheese rather than anything too fussy. It's the sort of place where you pop in for one glass and somehow end up discovering your new favourite producer three bottles later.
