The food plays perfect supporting act to those wines: think burrata that's properly creamy, not the rubbery stuff you get elsewhere, and charcuterie boards that showcase producers they actually care about. The staff here are proper wine nerds in the best possible way – ask them about anything and you'll get an enthusiastic explanation rather than a blank stare. It's the kind of place where you pop in for one glass and somehow end up closing the place down, which on Baldwin Street is saying something.
