The menu changes constantly because they actually care about seasonality, not just because it sounds good on Instagram. Portions are generous without being stupid about it, and the simple tomato sauce tastes like someone's nonna actually made it. The space feels more like an Italian neighborhood joint than a Bristol restaurant trying to be Italian.
