You'll smell the pasta before you see the tiny shopfront tucked into St Stephen's Street. Inside, the open kitchen takes up half the space, where you can watch them rolling out sheets of silky pasta and stuffing them with whatever's good that day - maybe wild mushroom and truffle, or butternut squash with amaretti.
The menu changes constantly because they actually care about seasonality, not just because it sounds good on Instagram. Portions are generous without being stupid about it, and the simple tomato sauce tastes like someone's nonna actually made it.
