You'll find yourself on Glass Wharf's bustling waterfront strip, but step inside and the vibe shifts completely Italian. This isn't your typical Bristol wine bar – they're importing bottles directly from family vineyards across Sicily and the Italian mainland, stuff you won't find in Majestic or your local Tesco. The cicchetti plates are generous enough to count as proper food, not just bar snacks, and the staff actually know their Nero d'Avola from their Primitivo. The harbour views through those big windows are lovely, especially when the sun's setting over the water, but honestly you'll be too busy working through their by-the-glass selection to gaze out much. It gets properly busy on Friday evenings with the Harbourside crowd, but even then it maintains that relaxed Italian pace where nobody's rushing you to finish your Aperol.
