The ground floor restaurant does a solid job with everything from full Irish breakfasts to burgers and cocktails, while upstairs transforms into a proper events venue with regular live music. The kitchen keeps going from 8am until well past midnight, which makes it brilliant for those awkward times when everywhere else has stopped serving. Sure, it's not going to win any culinary awards, but when you need reliable food in the city centre at half eleven on a Tuesday night, Trinity delivers. The staff generally know what they're about, and the pints are decent enough for the location.
