Moose Coffee
North American-style brunch done properly with towering pancakes and proper coffee that puts most Leeds cafés to shame.
🍴 North American cafebuzzycasualtrendyrestaurant
You'll smell the maple syrup before you even step inside this Bond Court favourite. The queue snaking out the door at weekends tells you everything – this is where Leeds comes for brunch that actually delivers on the hype. The pancakes are genuinely ridiculous in the best way, stacked high enough to photograph but fluffy enough to demolish entirely.
The coffee's properly good too, which shouldn't be revolutionary but somehow still feels refreshing in a city where decent beans can be hit-and-miss. Weekend mornings get properly busy, so either embrace the wait or aim for a weekday if you're after a quieter catch-up. The American-diner-meets-industrial-Leeds aesthetic works perfectly, and the staff handle the chaos with impressive efficiency.
