The basement space on Parr Street is all exposed brick, street art, and mismatched furniture that somehow works perfectly together. You'll be eating your burger while sprawled on a sofa, which is exactly the point. The burgers here are engineering marvels of excess – towering constructions that require genuine strategy to tackle. Their chicken wings are properly sticky and addictive, and the hot dogs are ridiculous in all the right ways. It's American comfort food done with a Mancunian swagger that's found its perfect home in Liverpool's indie quarter. Don't come expecting clean eating; come expecting to have sauce up to your elbows and absolutely no regrets.
