Hobo Kiosk

Tiny corner bar doing serious cocktails with zero pretension and maximum character in the heart of the city centre.

You'd walk past this corner spot a dozen times before noticing the discreet signage, but once you're inside, you'll understand why locals guard it so fiercely. The space is genuinely tiny – we're talking eight seats maximum – but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in atmosphere and proper drinks knowledge. The bartenders here actually know what they're doing, mixing classics alongside their own creations with ingredients you won't find anywhere else in the city centre. It's the kind of place where you end up staying much longer than planned, partly because the drinks are excellent, but mostly because it feels like drinking in someone's particularly well-stocked front room. The opening hours tell you everything – this isn't about volume, it's about doing things properly.
