Tucked inside the old Cains Brewery complex, you'll find some of Liverpool's most authentic Mexican cooking happening in what used to be industrial space. The setting feels deliberately unpolished – exposed brick, minimal fuss – which lets the kitchen do the talking instead of fancy interiors. The menu keeps things focused on what they do well, and the tacos here are genuinely excellent. You can taste the care in everything from the masa to the marinades. It's the kind of place that draws a proper mix of brewery workers grabbing lunch and couples making it their Friday night destination. Weekend service stretches late enough for a proper session, but even their midweek offerings feel special enough to plan around.
