The cocktails are competently made if unremarkable, but when you're watching the light fade behind Big Ben with a proper martini in hand, you'll forgive the lack of mixology wizardry. It's tourist central, obviously, but even jaded Londoners occasionally need to remind themselves why people travel thousands of miles to see this city. The service is polished hotel standard, and while you could get better drinks for half the price in Bermondsey, you can't get these views anywhere else.
