The high ceilings and original features create a dramatic backdrop for seriously good South American cooking that doesn't mess about with fusion nonsense. The menu reads like a love letter to Lima – think properly acidic ceviche that'll wake up your taste buds, anticuchos that char beautifully, and causa limeña that's as vibrant as it should be. The pisco sour here is arguably the best in town, mixed with the kind of precision that suggests someone actually knows what they're doing. Staff know their stuff too, happy to guide you through the menu without being patronising about it.
