Crown Posada

You'll spot the Crown Posada by its gorgeous Victorian frontage on the Side, but step inside and you're transported to a proper pub that knows exactly what it is. The dark wood panelling, etched glass, and original brass fittings haven't been touched by gastropub fever - this is drinking as it was meant to be, with well-kept ales and conversation that flows as freely as the beer. The bar staff know their regulars and their ales in equal measure, pulling pints with the kind of care that's become rare elsewhere.
