You'll find this place spread across multiple floors of what used to be grand Georgian townhouses on High Bridge, and the bones of the building still shine through despite the contemporary fit-out. The cocktail menu changes seasonally but consistently delivers - these aren't Instagram props masquerading as drinks, they're properly balanced serves made by bartenders who understand flavour. The ground floor gets properly busy on weekends with a smart casual crowd that skews slightly older than your typical Bigg Market punters. Head upstairs if you want to actually have a conversation without shouting. The wine list is decent enough and they do good coffee during the day, but you're really here for the cocktails and the fact that it feels like a proper grown-up night out.
