You'll find this café tucked above the M&S store right in the heart of Fargate, and it's genuinely one of the better chain options in the city centre. The sandwiches are properly stuffed - their prawn mayo on malted bread is miles better than what you'll get at Greggs down the road, and the cakes actually taste like someone's put effort into making them rather than defrosting them from a lorry. The coffee's decent enough for a quick caffeine hit between shopping, and you can watch the chaos of Fargate unfold below while you eat. It's not going to win any awards for atmosphere, but when you need somewhere reliable that won't serve you a sad triangle of white bread, this does the job nicely. The staff are usually sound, and it's handy for a proper sit-down when you're dragging bags around town.
