You walk into this bustling spot on College Road and immediately know you're somewhere special. The air's thick with cardamom and cinnamon, the walls are covered in colourful Pakistani truck art, and there's always a queue of students from Staffordshire Uni mixing with families who've driven over from Hanley just for the food. The menu reads like a love letter to Lahore street food - proper seekh kebabs that actually have char on them, biryanis that arrive in portions big enough to defeat you, and chai that's sweet, spiced, and served in those little glasses that make you feel like you're somewhere far more exotic than Stoke. The lamb karahi is ridiculous - tender chunks swimming in a tomato-based curry that's got proper depth to it.
