The Justice Mill - JD Wetherspoon
Wetherspoons in a converted Victorian church with proper breakfast served until 2pm and cheap pints that don't taste cheap.

You walk into what was once St Mark's Church on Union Street and immediately clock the soaring ceilings and stained glass windows that make this one of the more atmospheric Spoons in Scotland. The conversion work has kept all the best architectural bits whilst creating a proper pub that serves decent food from 8am sharp.
The breakfast menu runs until 2pm (blessing for anyone stumbling in after a night out), and whilst it's standard Wetherspoons fare, it's consistently good and ridiculously cheap. Evening crowds are a proper mix of students, office workers, and locals who appreciate that you can get a pint and meal for under a tenner. The building's history gives it character that most chain pubs lack.
