You'll find Thyme Out tucked away on Great Western Road, the kind of place where regulars have their usual order memorised by staff and the espresso machine gets a proper workout. It's unpretentious without trying too hard—wooden tables, decent natural light, and the sort of buzz that comes from locals actually wanting to be there rather than Instagram needing them to be. The food leans into brunch territory done well, and they're clearly not cutting corners with their coffee either. Worth popping in if you're anywhere near the West End.
