You'll find yourself queuing outside this place most evenings, which tells you everything. Waterhead's the obvious spot for it—right where the lake views start and the tourists pile off the boats—but locals keep coming back because the fish is actually good. The batter cracks properly when you bite into it, the chips are proper chip-shop thickness, not those skinny fries nonsense, and they don't skimp on portions.
