Savoy Hotel Blackpool
A 24-hour hotel bar on Queen's Prom that's seen better days but still pours a proper pint when everywhere else has called time.

You're not coming here for craft cocktails or Instagram-worthy interiors. The bar at this North Shore stalwart feels like it's been frozen in time since the 80s, with tired carpets and that particular hotel bar lighting that makes everything look slightly sepia. But here's the thing – it's open round the clock, which makes it invaluable when you're stumbling back from the Golden Mile at 3am or need a quick pint before heading to the Tower.
The staff are sound enough, even if they look like they'd rather be anywhere else, and the drinks are reasonably priced by seafront standards. It's rough around the edges, sure, but sometimes that's exactly what Queen's Promenade calls for.
