Kahiki Bolton

You walk into Kahiki expecting Bolton, and instead you're transported somewhere decidedly warmer. This tiki bar on Bradshawgate leans hard into the Polynesian theme—the kind of place that doesn't apologise for its leopard-print booths and swizzle sticks. It's the sort of bar where you can actually order a proper Mai Tai or Zombie without the bartender giving you a blank stare, which frankly puts it ahead of most places round here. The rum selection is genuinely impressive, and they know what they're doing with it. Fair warning: it's not trying to be ironic or meta about the aesthetic. This is commitment to the bit, which either delights you or doesn't.
