The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing with ingredients and technique—this isn't watered-down Tex-Mex, it's the real deal. You'll want to start with their cocktails because they're genuinely excellent; the margaritas are made with proper technique and fresh lime, which frankly should be standard but rarely is.
