You're on one of Brighton's best eating streets, and O'Shio slots right in amongst the indie coffee spots and vintage shops with zero pretension. They do proper ramen, Korean BBQ at the table, and sushi that's genuinely fresh—the kind of place where locals queue on Friday nights because the food actually warrants it.
