Redroaster

You'll find Redroaster tucked on New Road, that stretch between the seafront and the Lanes where things start getting interesting. It's the kind of place that takes its coffee genuinely seriously—proper espresso, single-origin beans, the works—but doesn't make a fuss about it. The room itself has that relaxed café energy, all exposed brick and natural light, the sort of spot where you can nurse an excellent flat white for two hours without anyone side-eyeing you. Food-wise they're equally committed, doing proper brunch, lunch and dinner that goes beyond the usual café fare.
