You're walking through Cargo 2 on Museum Street, that converted warehouse spot that's become proper handy for a decent night out. Gambas slots in here like it belongs—all exposed brick and that warm lighting that makes everyone look like they're having more fun than they probably are. The thing about this place is they don't mess about with Spanish seafood. The gambas themselves (king prawns, obviously) come with proper char on them, dressed in garlic and chilli the way they should be. You'll find locals who've been coming here for years, couples tucked into corners, and groups making noise without being annoying about it.
