Walking into Aromi, you're in proper Italian territory. This isn't some Instagram-baiting spot; it's a straightforward neighbourhood restaurant doing what it does well. You'll find yourself surrounded by locals who've clearly worked out this is where you come when you want decent pasta and risotto without the theatre. The room's warm and unpretentious, the sort of place where you can hear people actually talking to each other rather than narrating their meal. Service is genuinely attentive without being overbearing, and there's a real sense they care about getting the food right.
