Tap Baron does something quite clever: it takes the craft beer bar concept and gives it a proper sweet tooth. The menu reads like someone's actually thought about what works with a cold pint—sticky toffee pudding that doesn't feel out of place next to a rotating selection of local and international brews. The space itself has that relaxed, buzzy energy you want from a proper neighbourhood spot, all dark wood and the kind of lighting that makes everything look better.
