You'll find Bould Brothers tucked away on Round Church Street, in that sweet spot between the city centre and the colleges where Cambridge still feels like a proper town. It's small—aggressively small—so you'll be rubbing shoulders with students, academics and the odd tourist who stumbled in by accident. The coffee's genuinely good: they source properly, pull consistently, and won't pretend a flat white is rocket science.
