La Pizzica

Head out to Unit 4 on Eddington Avenue and you'll find yourself in a neighbourhood that's still getting properly discovered. La Pizzica does that rare thing: it takes pizza seriously without being pretentious about it. The dough has proper fermentation time, the toppings aren't mucking about, and there's a genuine sense that someone who actually knows Puglia is running the show here. It's the kind of place where locals keep coming back, not because it's Instagram-friendly, but because the food is just straightforwardly excellent.
