Head down to Roath and you'll find yourself in one of Cardiff's most consistently brilliant restaurants, where the kitchen takes South Indian food seriously. It's unpretentious stuff—bright lights, simple wooden tables, the kind of place where families pile in at weekends and you're genuinely happy to sit close to strangers. The dosas arrive crispy and golden, filled with proper spiced potato, and the coconut chutneys and sambars aren't afterthoughts.
