Head to Roath Rec and you'll find what a proper neighbourhood park should look like—none of that manicured, roped-off nonsense. The rec ground sits nicely between Ninian Road and the quieter bits of Roath, making it dead easy to access whether you're cutting through from Cathays or heading over from Plasnewydd.
