Circo Brasserie

You'll find Circo tucked away on Bath Road, in that stretch where Cheltenham starts to feel a bit more grown-up and less high street. It's the kind of place that doesn't need to shout about itself—the packed dining room on a Wednesday night tells you everything you need to know. The cooking is proper brasserie fare done well: nothing trying too hard, but nothing phoning it in either. It's the restaurant equivalent of knowing what you're good at and doing it properly, which honestly is rarer than it should be around here.
