This is a roastery first, café second, which means you're getting beans that were literally roasted metres from where you're drinking them. The space has that unpolished industrial charm: exposed brick, the constant hum of the roaster, staff who actually know their terroir from their tasting notes. You're not here for Instagram backdrops; you're here because the flat white is genuinely exceptional and they're running a proper operation.
