The morning croissants are actually flaky, their sourdough has proper tang, and the coffee's surprisingly decent for £1.50. It's become my go-to when I'm shopping at the retail park and need something that won't make me regret skipping the drive into town. The bakery section sits right by the entrance, so you catch the smell of fresh bread as soon as you walk in. Staff behind the counter know their stuff and aren't stingy with the samples. Sure, it's not artisanal, but when you want a proper breakfast pastry without paying city centre prices, this does the job brilliantly.
