Maki and Momo

Silver Street's had a glow-up, and Maki and Momo is doing the heavy lifting. You're getting proper Japanese cooking here, not the tired approximations you find everywhere else. The kind of place where the sushi rice is seasoned right, the ramen broth has actual depth, and their momos (those little dumplings) arrive steaming and addictive. It's casual enough that you won't feel stiff, but they're clearly taking the craft seriously. The rating speaks for itself—locals have clearly worked out what's good.
