You'll find yourself queuing outside this bright corner spot on Capel Street most weekends, and rightfully so. The menu here goes well beyond your typical Dublin brunch fare, drawing heavily on Middle Eastern flavours that'll wake up your taste buds properly. Think shakshuka that actually has proper depth, za'atar-dusted dishes, and inventive takes on classics that somehow work brilliantly together. The coffee is consistently excellent – they take it seriously here without being precious about it. The space itself is all exposed brick and natural light, packed with a mix of locals grabbing their morning flat white and groups settling in for long Saturday brunches. Service can be a bit stretched when they're slammed, but the staff are sound and the food makes any wait worthwhile. It's become something of an institution on this stretch of Capel Street for good reason.
