No artisanal this or craft that, just proper beef patties smashed on the grill until they're beautifully caramelised and tucked into soft buns. The space itself is compact and unfussy, all white tiles and no pretension. You order at the counter, grab a spot at one of the communal tables, and wait for your number to be called. The chips are hand-cut and cooked in beef dripping — none of that frozen nonsense. It's the kind of place that does one thing exceptionally well and doesn't apologise for keeping things simple.
