Proper Italian doing handmade pasta and wood-fired pizza just off the Green, where the cicchetti plates are as good as the mains.

You'll find this lovely Italian spot tucked onto Harcourt Street, close enough to Stephen's Green that you can work off your carbonara with a stroll afterwards. The wood-fired pizza oven dominates one side of the dining room, turning out proper Neapolitan-style bases with that perfect char, while the pasta kitchen works its magic on handmade tagliatelle and gnocchi that actually tastes like it was rolled that morning.
The cicchetti selection here is brilliant - proper small plates that let you graze through Italian flavours without committing to a full meal. Service is sound, the wine list leans heavily Italian (as it should), and the atmosphere strikes that sweet spot between date night and catching up with mates. Open seven days, though they don't bother with Sunday lunch.
