Dunne and Crescenzi
Proper Italian deli-restaurant doing exceptional antipasti platters and fresh pasta right off Grafton Street since the early days.

You'll squeeze past wheels of Parmigiano and bottles of olive oil to snag a table at this cramped Italian spot that's been feeding Dublin's Italian food obsession since before it was fashionable. The front functions as a proper deli where you can grab San Daniele prosciutto and decent wine, while the back dining room feels like someone's nonna's kitchen expanded just enough to fit a few more chairs.
The antipasti platters are genuinely brilliant — proper Italian meats and cheeses that'll make you question every charcuterie board you've had elsewhere. Their cacio e pepe arrives perfectly silky, and the staff know their wines well enough to steer you right. It's tight quarters and the acoustics are mental when busy, but that's part of the charm of this Frederick Street institution.
