You'll find yourself tucked into one of Dublin's most characterful corners when you push through Keoghs' doors on Trinity Street, just off Dame Street. This place occupies a genuine slice of the city's past—a Grade I listed Georgian building that's all soaring ceilings, original cornicing, and the kind of bones that make you remember Dublin's architectural pedigree. The crowd here is genuinely mixed: Templebar tourists rubbing shoulders with locals who've been coming for years, students hunched over laptops, and the odd Dáil politician. The coffee is excellent, properly pulled, and the breakfast menu—think proper scrambled eggs, good bacon, inventive specials—justifies the queue that often snakes out the door.
