T8 Noodle & Bubble tea
Proper Vietnamese pho and bubble tea in a cosy Temple Bar spot that actually delivers on flavour without the tourist trap nonsense.

You'll find this little Vietnamese spot tucked right into Merchant's Arch, and while the Temple Bar location might raise eyebrows, T8 is the real deal. The pho broth has that deep, slow-cooked richness that warms you right through on a damp Dublin day, and their bun bo hue packs proper heat if you're after something with a bit more kick.
The bubble tea selection is massive - easily the best variety you'll get in the city centre - and they're not stingy with the toppings either. Sure, you're paying Temple Bar prices, but unlike half the spots around here, the food actually justifies it. The space is small and gets packed during lunch, but that just adds to the buzzy atmosphere when you're slurping noodles alongside a mix of office workers and the odd tourist who's stumbled onto something good.
