You wouldn't expect much from a Parnell Street sports bar, but this place actually gets it right. The space is massive – think exposed brick, industrial touches, and enough screens to keep every GAA and rugby fan happy without feeling like you're drinking in a chain pub. The cocktail menu is surprisingly solid, and they know their way around a proper pint. The crowd is a brilliant mix – office workers from the surrounding streets, sports fans, and locals who've cottoned on to the fact that this isn't your typical match-day dive. Kitchen stays open late enough to sort you with proper pub grub when you need it most. Saturday sessions here can go sideways in the best possible way.
