You're getting proper Greek hospitality here, the sort where staff actually know the menu inside out and aren't afraid to steer you right. The mezze spreads are generous enough to share, the grilled branzino comes whole and flaking, and their lamb dishes have that slow-cooked tenderness that tells you someone's given a damn about timing. It's exactly the neighbourhood restaurant Eastbourne does well—unpretentious, reliable, reasonably priced, and full of regulars who clearly know what they're after.
