The room's unpretentious—no faffing about with minimalist design—just warm, lived-in hospitality where staff actually seem pleased you've turned up. The food does the talking: rich meat and vegetable wots that have proper depth, injera that's been properly fermented, and they don't skimp on the spicing. It's the kind of place where you'll see regulars nodding hello and families sharing plates like they mean it. Coffee's excellent too if you're just after a quick hit.
