You'll find Söderberg tucked away on Lister Square, in that quieter pocket of the West End where the city's fuss feels miles away. It's got that effortless Nordic aesthetic—clean lines, plenty of natural light, and the kind of coffee culture that doesn't need to shout about itself. The pastries are genuinely excellent (the cardamom buns are the real deal), and they've clearly thought about the whole experience, from the cups to the music.
