You'll walk into The Jolly Botanist and immediately feel the difference — it's not trying too hard, but it's clearly trying. Morrison Street isn't exactly known for its nightlife, which is precisely why this place stands out. The botanical theming could've been naff, but instead it works: plants genuinely frame the space, the cocktails are genuinely excellent, and the crowd is genuinely fun.
