Head down to Haven Road and you'll find yourself in one of Exeter's most unexpected corners. Quayside sits right on the water, and the whole operation feels genuinely different from what else the city's got going on. You can wander through their actual distillery, see the copper stills doing their thing, then settle into the floating bar with a drink made from what you've just watched being crafted. The café side keeps things grounded with proper coffee and food, but the real draw is watching production happen in real time.
