The open kitchen means you can watch your pizza being stretched and slid into the stone oven, while the warm lighting and exposed brick give it that comfortable neighbourhood trattoria feel despite being part of a chain. The menu hits all the right notes – proper thin-crust pizzas with quality toppings, handmade pasta that doesn't taste like it came from a packet, and decent wine by the glass.
