Ukrainian Soul Restaurant
Proper Ukrainian cooking on Market Street—borscht, pierogi and pelmeni done right by people who know what they're doing.
🍴 Ukrainiancosycasualauthenticunpretentiousrestaurant
You walk into Ukrainian Soul on Market Street and it feels like someone's actually bothered to do this properly. No shortcuts, no fusion nonsense—just honest Eastern European food cooked by people with a real connection to it. The borscht arrives deep crimson and alive, the pierogi are fat and yielding with potato and caramelised onion inside, and their pelmeni are the kind of thing you'd queue for in Kyiv. It's a small room but it's warm, the sort of place where regulars clearly outnumber tourists because the food's too good to miss if you live here. Prices are fair for what you're getting, and the reviews speak for themselves—151 people haven't all got it wrong.
